What can you actually do?!

The other day I was told that my portfolio doesn't show clearly enough what I can really do. Specifically, which programming languages I master as a developer.

I found this feedback very valuable. For some time now, I've been thinking about how I can improve my presentation to reduce this blur.

However, I don't want to get too hung up on the entire spectrum of different technologies. Rather, I would like to try to convey the right message.

Because which programming languages a developer knows is not so interesting to me. For me, it's much more important to understand how someone works.

๐Ÿ’ก The ideas.
๐Ÿ’ญ The mindset.
๐Ÿ’š The passion.
โš™๏ธ The solutions.
๐Ÿงน The care.
๐Ÿค But above all, the cooperation with others.

The people who enjoy working with me appreciate me not only because of my professional competence, but above all because of my way of working.

โคด๏ธ How I think outside the box.
โš ๏ธ How I calculate risks.
๐Ÿ”Ž How I do code reviews.
๐Ÿ“ˆ How I write scalable and maintainable code.
๐ŸคŒ How I always fight for the best solution.
๐Ÿš€ And how I involve the whole team in my processes and thus drive them forward.

It's not so relevant to me what I write the code with - as a senior developer, I'm able to get up to speed with new tools or frameworks effortlessly. The basic rules behind it are usually very similar.

I always say, "Programming is logic, everything else is just syntax."

Nevertheless, I would like to take the feedback to heart. In the future, I will focus on a few selected hard skills. For example, my core competence CSS (styling) and some trend topics such as React, Next.js, etc.

๐Ÿ’ฅ Contrary to the message of this post, here is a completely unrelated list of some of the technologies I have already worked with (skipping allowed):
